"We stayed here for our 3 days at Universal studios and it was very convenient. The water taxi to and from the park was short and readily available. I would recommend staying here again. The breakfast buffet right on the grounds and made it easy for us to grab a bite before heading to the park for the 1 hour early access. Also the express passes was also included for the stay which was a huge bonus and made our trip even better!"

"The hotel in general was perfect, I only had problems one day with the parking. I guess because there were a lot of guests and it was difficult to find parking. The breakfast was not good, there were not many options, I have been to hotels with better complementary breakfasts."

"Everything was great overall, very nice lobby and amenities. Our bathroom showers handle was loose and we call the lobby to advise them on what was happening. They stated someone would come up to fix it, but no one showed up. Aside from that, the stay was great."
